Refund/Exchange Policy for Shop Products
We appreciate your support. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase. Please note the item must be in the same condition as you received i.e. with labels/no marks

Please do refer to the size guide available for each product. Please note the measurements are approximate. There may be 1-3cm difference due to human error.

We appreciate your reviews on recent purchases . You will receive an email from us (via Yotpo) to review your recent purchase. Reviews can be anonymous. If you have any feedback you can email us info@productivehealth.co.uk

Your email address and contact details are saved automatically on the e-commerce site/mailing list. We may need to share your contact details to delivery providers such as Royal Mail/Hermes/DPD.
