Time to take a Productive Approach to your Health and Wellbeing
Whether you are injured, have a chronic condition or simply returning to exercise we want to provide a functional, intelligent and affordable option to enhance your movement and wellbeing.
Based in South West London Productive Health promote an holistic, integrated and functional approach to your health and wellbeing. Our aim is to educate and change the way you think about movement and exercise.
Tightness or weakness in any area of the body can affect the way you move. Dysfunctional movement patterns and untreated factors can lead to further problems elsewhere in the body.
Our approach is to identify and treat the root cause of the pain, musculoskeletal impairment and dysfunction. As a result relieve symptoms, joint and muscle related pain and stiffness. This enables the body to regain the most efficient and functional movement patterns - preventing risk of further injury.
Following initial consultation, a practitioner (therapist and exercise specialist) will design and implement a tailor made rehabilitation plan according to your needs. The plan will consist of manual therapy and prescriptive exercises to improve tissue mobility and strength to enhance movement patterns.
At Productive Health our aim is to optimise your physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing!
